| The Free Law Journal October 2007 issue is online. Please note that the quarterly Free Law Journal will now be replace by the annual International Law Yearbook (ILY) starting on 18 January 2008. As such, all articles received and accepted for publication between now and May 2008 will be accepted for the June 2008 issue which will nonetheless have the cover date of January 2008. Many other changes are to come, but Free World Publishing remains committed to bringing out your expertise and continues to await your contributions. FWP now uses creates its journals using OpenOffice 2.1 (.odt), available for FREE at http://www.openoffice.org, but you may still submit your articles in Microsoft Word (.doc). Our journals are proudly converted in Adobe Reader with FreePDF, requiring prior installation of AFPL GhostScript 8.54 and then of FreePDF XP 3.20 both available at www.shbox.de/fpx732.htm. We encourage our readers and contributors to also check out the law journal of the Miskolc University (Hungary), named the Miskolc Journal of International Law.
